Delta Kappa hosted a cyber security training workshop today, January 28, 2023. What a great turnout! Mr. Jay Wilson gave a VERY clear and informative presentation. A lot of great information was given. Thanks to Soror Ada Jackson for leading this endeavor as well as to some of our youth being helpers.

On Sunday, April 23, 2023, these bee-ti-ful ladies in red of Delta Kappa Chapter celebrated our founders while guests at our Soror Wytantia Walker's home church, St. John Baptist Church, who were celebrating the 29th Pastoral/Wife Anniversary of Rev Herman and First Lady Kathy Price. The inspiring message was delivered by Rev. Calvin Lubin, True Vine Ministeries, Spencer, OK, "LIVING LIFE IN THE ROUGH", 1Pet 1:3-7.

Thank you to Delta Kappa Sorors Alicia Hardy and Pauline Wint Coleman for leading the endeavor of preparing over 40 "SPREAD A LITTLE SUNSHINE" flower vases which were presented to the residents of Pecan Valley Rehab and Healthcare facility on Sunday, May 28, 2023. Kudos are also extended to those Sorors who assisted them.

What a wonderful treat! During the week of May 8, 2023, President Colette Jackson was in our wonderful City for a conference and we, Delta Kappa President, Weenonah Chambers , 2d Anti, Donna M. Ellis-Underwood and Melrose Haley, got a chance to visit with her. We could not let her leave without a few tokens to remember our Alamo City.

On Tuesday, June 6, 2023, Delta Kappa's youth leader, Wytantia Walker , along with some of the Sorors, took some of our youth to the "Main Event" to celebrate and/or thank them for the fantastic job they did this Sorority year. Thank you to President Weenonah Chambers, Melrose Haley and Ada Jackson, who were able to attend and to those Sorors who contributed to this endeavor.

Today, June 16, 2023, to cap off their community service for this sorority year, Delta Kappa's youth assisted in packing 13,429 pounds of food today at the San Antonio Food Bank. What a rewarding project! Thank you Sorors Wytantia Walker, Ada Jackson, Carolotta A. Forester-Langford, Donna M. Ellis-Underwood for coming out and assisting.

On Friday, August 11th, Soror Ruthie Keys coordinated a girls' day out for we sisters of Delta Kappa Chapter to Ida Claire Southern Restaurant. The food ,and just fellowshipping together, was fantastic! Happy birthday wishes were extended to Soror Anita Franklin Congrats to Soror Daisy Davis Richardson 's granddaughter for winning the door prize.
