Brother Williams was a member of Saint Stephens Baptist Church where President Outland is a church member, Comrade Williams was a long-standing member of Roy B. Hodges Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 128 San Antonio where Vice President Franklin is a long-standing member.
